1. Our Agreement
New Earth èiRe is a private membership association. What follows is entered freely and in good faith between New Earth and the Sovereign living men and women who choose to associate with us as members. By taking a ticket and joining us on the land, you — as a living man or woman — associate with us of your own will and accept these terms as the basis of that association. Throughout these terms, “you” means that living man or woman.
New Earth èiRe, Sovereign Gathering – is held by New Earth / A Space Connection Productions;
This agreement may be updated from time to time; the version in place when you take your ticket is the one that holds for you.
By taking a ticket and stepping onto the land, you enter this Sovereign agreement of your own will, and accept shared accountability, & responsibility — for yourself, for one another, and for the land that holds us. Please read it in full before you complete your purchase. If any part of it does not sit right with you, please do not take a ticket.
Tickets, & the Agreement Between Us
• An agreement is formed between you and New Earth at the moment your ticket purchase is confirmed and your contribution is received.
• All tickets are offered subject to availability. We may limit the number of tickets taken per person or household.
• Ticket prices are shown inclusive of any booking fees. Prices may change at any time before your purchase is completed.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket, or have the consent of Mother, or Father, or guardian where relevant.
• Please give accurate details when you book. We cannot be held responsible for tickets or messages that do not reach you because of incorrect details.
• Your confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, please check your junk or spam folder.
• Ticket Types & Admission
New Earth offers a range of ticket types, which may include:
- Weekend camping passes (adult / child)
- Campervan pass
- Volunteer passes
- Trader / stallholder passes
Each ticket type carries the access described at the point of sale. Tickets must be presented for entry, and we may scan or verify all tickets at the gate.
⚠ New Earth èiRe holds a strictly no-alcohol ethos. Respecting this is a condition of entry for everyone.
New Earth is a family-friendly, conscious gathering. We ask everyone present to carry themselves in keeping with the spirit and values of the Gathering, with respect to all, & the safety of all, especially the children.
Contributions, Refunds & Cancellation
If you can no longer attend:
Tickets are taken on the understanding that the contribution is final. We do not refund where you are no longer able to attend, change your mind, or your circumstances change after booking. If you are concerned about being unable to attend, we encourage you to consider ticket protection or event insurance. Our full position on returns is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of this agreement. This is standard practice for most festivals & events.
If New Earth cancels or postpones
If we cancel the Gathering entirely, you will be offered your choice of:
- a full return of the face value of your ticket; or
- a credit to hold against a future New Earth gathering.
Where a return is approved, it is processed manually, and the payment-gateway and administration fees on the return are met by the purchaser.
If the Gathering is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Being unable to attend the new date does not entitle you to a return.
Matters beyond our control
Where the Gathering is cancelled, postponed, or changed because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including acts of nature, extreme weather, fire, serious illness or public-health emergency, threats to the safety of the gathering, or the failure of essential services — we are not able to return or compensate contributions, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer a fair alternative where we can.
Changes to the programme/ Subject to change
We make every effort to deliver the gathering as described, but the line-up, schedule, and activities may change without notice. No returns are made for changes to performers, schedule, or programming. All line ups, & event locations are subject to change.
Passing On or Transferring a Ticket
• Tickets may not be sold on for profit above face value. Touting and commercial resale without our agreement are not permitted.
• A ticket may be passed to another person at face value only. To transfer the name on the purchased ticket, please contact us at [email protected] ahead of the Gathering.
• We may cancel any ticket sold on or transferred in breach of this agreement, and refuse entry to its holder, without return.
• Entry & How We Hold the Space Together
Entry depends on keeping to this agreement and to the simple ways we keep the Gathering safe and whole:
- A valid ticket must be presented at the gate.
- A clear, sober space: no alcohol and no drugs. Anyone found with either, or affecting the safety of the gathering, may be refused entry or asked to leave.
- Respect towards every living man and woman here — those gathered, volunteers, crew, artists, traders — and towards the land, at all times.
- Anyone behaving in an aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive way will be asked to leave, without return.
- All site guidance and reasonable requests from New Earth crew or stewards are to be followed.
- This is a living, natural place. Please treat the land, the wildlife, and the surroundings with care.
- Fire is welcome only in designated areas. Open fires, sky lanterns, and Chinese lanterns are not.
- Animals: unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs/ animals @ New Earth
We may refuse entry to, or remove from site, anyone who in the reasonable view of crew or stewards poses a risk to themselves, to others, or to the Gathering.
• Children & Families
New Earth is a family gathering. Children under 16 must be with a mother or father or guardian at all times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of the children in their care throughout the Gathering.
A child-friendly space and programme is held on site. Our crew in that space are not responsible for unsupervised children.
Age-specific pricing applies — please choose the right ticket type for everyone in your party.
Camping
Camping is included with weekend camping passes, on the following understanding:
- Camping is in designated areas only.
- Tents, campers, and vehicles must be placed as directed by site crew.
- You are responsible for your own belongings. New Earth cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Quiet hours apply in camping areas; times will be shared on site.
- All waste must go in the bins provided or leave with you. We ask everyone to follow a Leave No Trace approach.
- Gas canisters, generators, and open fires are not permitted in camping areas.
Health, Safety & Wellbeing
The safety and wellbeing of everyone here matters more to us than anything else.
• First aid medic, and welfare support are available on site throughout the Gathering.
• If you have a medical condition or disability, please contact us beforehand at [email protected] so we can make reasonable arrangements.
• This is half off-grid half on grid gathering in a natural setting, and the ground can be uneven. Please bring footwear and clothing suited to the outdoors.
• Ireland’s weather is its own. Come ready for rain, wind, and sun alike. We do not make returns on account of weather.
• Workshops and wellness sessions, including ceremonies, are offered by independent practitioners. These are included in the ticket price; some facilitators may ask for donations; However, individual healing modalities are by booking only & at agreed price with practitioner, usually for one to one sessions only.
• Taking part in workshops anre entirely your own choice and at your own risk. Please make sure you are in suitable health before taking part, and follow the guidance of those holding the session.
⚠ Some wellness sessions may involve plant-based or ceremonial practices. Taking part is voluntary and at your own risk. New Earth does not accept responsibility for any adverse effects of participation.
Responsibility & Sovereignty
• We take all reasonable care for the safety of everyone present. Even so, attendance is at your own risk.
• Other than where caused by our own negligence, New Earth is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from attendance at the Gathering.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential costs — including travel or accommodation — arising from cancellation, postponement, or change to the Gathering.
• We are not responsible for loss of or damage to belongings brought onto the site.
Photography, Film & Media
By attending, you accept that you may be photographed or filmed as part of the general gathering audience, for use in New Earth’s promotional and documentary materials, including on social media.
If you would prefer not to appear in any media, please make yourself known to a member of our team on site.
Photography, filming, or recording with professional equipment for commercial purposes needs our written approval beforehand.
Your Personal Information
We hold and use your personal information with care and respect.
We use it to process your ticket, share information about the Gathering, and — with your consent — keep you in touch with future New Earth gatherings.
We do not sell your information to anyone. Full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy at newearth.ie.
You may ask to see, correct, or remove the information we hold about you at any time, by contacting [email protected].

Changes to This Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time, and it is offered subject to change. The version in place when you take your ticket is the one that holds for you. Updated terms are published at newearth.ie.

Traders & Vendors
Traders and vendors join the Gathering as part of this same agreement, and carry an added responsibility to everyone present. Full terms for trading are set out in our separate Food & Vendor Terms.
• Any trader or vendor preparing, handling, or serving food or drink must be able to show, on request, current certification in food safety and hygiene from a body recognised both by the Gathering and by the insurer covering it, together with proof of their own cover for the goods they serve. New Earth may request this at any time before or during the Gathering.
• Traders and vendors are responsible for the safety, quality, and fitness of everything they provide, and for conducting themselves to the standard the Gathering holds. This standard exists to protect everyone on the land.
• New Earth may refuse, suspend, or remove any trader or vendor who cannot satisfy these requirements, or whose goods or conduct place others at risk — without return of any fees paid.
• Traders and vendors are responsible for their own equipment, stock, and belongings. New Earth cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to trader property.
