1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets for New Earth èiRe, Sovereign Gathering – Part Six (“the Event”), organised by New Earth / A Space Connection Production (“New Earth”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket, you (“the Ticket Holder”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not purchase a ticket.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

2. Ticket Purchase & Contract

2.1  A binding contract is formed between you and New Earth at the point your ticket purchase is confirmed and payment is processed.

2.2  All tickets are sold subject to availability. New Earth reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person or household.

2.3  Ticket prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable booking fees. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to your purchase being completed.

2.4  You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket, or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian where applicable.

2.5  You must provide accurate personal details at the time of purchase. New Earth cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of tickets or communications resulting from incorrect details.

2.6  Ticket confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours.

3. Ticket Types & Admission

New Earth offers a range of ticket types, which may include:

  • Weekend camping passes (adult, teen, child)
  • Day tickets (where available)
  • Volunteer passes
  • Trader/stallholder passes

Each ticket type grants specific access rights as described at the point of sale. Tickets must be presented for entry. New Earth uses a ticketing system and reserves the right to scan or verify all tickets at the gate.

⚠ New Earth èiRe operates a strictly no-alcohol ethos. All attendees must respect this policy as a condition of entry.

New Earth is a family-friendly, conscious gathering. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values and ethos of the event.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by the Ticket Holder

All ticket sales are final. New Earth does not offer refunds where you are no longer able to attend, change your mind, or your circumstances change after purchase. We strongly encourage you to consider ticket protection / event insurance if you are concerned about the possibility of being unable to attend.

4.2 Cancellation or Postponement by New Earth

In the event that New Earth cancels the Event entirely due to circumstances within our reasonable control, ticket holders will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund of the face value of the ticket; or
  • A credit to be used against a future New Earth event.

In the event of a postponement, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

4.3 Force Majeure

New Earth shall not be liable to refund or compensate ticket holders where the Event is cancelled, postponed, or modified due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, extreme weather, government orders, pandemic, public health emergencies, terrorist threat, civil unrest, or failure of essential third-party services. In such cases, New Earth will use reasonable endeavours to reschedule or offer appropriate alternatives where possible.

4.4 Partial Event Delivery

New Earth makes every effort to deliver the advertised programme; however, the line-up, schedule, and activities are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued as a result of artist cancellations, schedule changes, or alterations to programming.

5. Ticket Resale & Transfer

5.1  Tickets may not be resold for profit above face value. Touting or unauthorised commercial resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

5.2  Tickets may be transferred to another person for face value only. To transfer a ticket, please contact us at info@newearth.ie in advance of the Event.

5.3  New Earth reserves the right to cancel any ticket that has been transferred or resold in breach of these Terms, and to deny entry to the holder of such a ticket, without refund.

6. Entry Conditions & Code of Conduct

Entry to the Event is subject to compliance with these Terms and the Event rules, which include:

  • Valid ticket must be presented at the gate.
  • New Earth operates a NO ALCOHOL policy. No alcohol may be brought to or consumed on site. Any person found with alcohol may be refused entry or removed from site without refund.
  • No illegal substances. Any person found in possession of or under the influence of illegal substances will be immediately removed from the site and, where appropriate, reported to An Garda Síochána.
  • Respectful conduct towards all attendees, volunteers, staff, artists, traders, and the land is required at all times.
  • Any person engaging in aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will be removed from the site without refund.
  • All site rules and reasonable instructions from New Earth staff or security must be followed at all times.
  • The site is situated in a natural environment. Attendees must respect the land, wildlife, and surroundings at all times.
  • Fires are only permitted in designated areas. Open fires, sky lanterns, and Chinese lanterns are strictly prohibited.
  • Animals/pets: please contact us in advance to confirm whether animals are permitted.

New Earth reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person from the site who, in the reasonable opinion of staff or security, poses a risk to themselves, others, or the event.

7. Children & Families

New Earth is a family-friendly event. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of children in their care throughout the duration of the Event.

A child-friendly space and programme is provided on site. New Earth staff in this area are not responsible for unsupervised children.

Age-specific ticket pricing applies. Please ensure you select the correct ticket type for all members of your party.

8. Camping

Camping is included with weekend camping passes. The following conditions apply:

  • Camping is available in designated areas only.
  • All tents, campers, and vehicles must be positioned as directed by site staff.
  • Campers are responsible for all personal property brought to the site. New Earth accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Quiet hours apply in camping areas. Specific times will be communicated on site.
  • All waste must be disposed of in designated bins or removed from the site. New Earth encourages a Leave No Trace approach.
  • Gas canisters, generators, and open fires in camping areas are prohibited.

9. Health, Safety & Wellbeing

The safety and wellbeing of all attendees is our highest priority.

9.1  First aid and welfare facilities will be available on site throughout the Event.

9.2  Attendees with medical conditions or disabilities should contact us in advance at info@newearth.ie so we can make reasonable arrangements.

9.3  New Earth is an off-grid event in a natural setting. The terrain may be uneven. Attendees are responsible for wearing appropriate footwear and clothing for outdoor conditions.

9.4  Weather: Ireland’s weather is unpredictable. Please come prepared for all conditions including rain, wind, and sun. New Earth will not issue refunds due to weather.

9.5  Workshops and wellness sessions, including ceremonies, are provided by independent practitioners. Participation is entirely voluntary and at attendees’ own risk. Please ensure you are in appropriate health before participating and follow all guidance from facilitators.

⚠ Some wellness sessions may involve plant-based or ceremonial practices. Attendance at these sessions is voluntary and at your own risk. New Earth does not accept liability for any adverse effects from participation.

10. Liability & Indemnity

10.1  New Earth will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of attendees. However, attendance at the Event is at your own risk.

10.2  New Earth shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from attendance at the Event except where caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by Irish law.

10.3  New Earth shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses (including travel or accommodation costs) arising from cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Event.

10.4  New Earth shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the site.

10.5  Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Photography, Filming & Media

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed as part of the general Event audience for use in New Earth’s promotional and documentary materials, including on social media.

If you do not wish to appear in any media, please make yourself known to a member of our team on site.

Professional photography, filming, or audio recording equipment for commercial purposes requires prior written approval from New Earth.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

New Earth collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 (Ireland).

Your data is used to process your ticket purchase, communicate Event information, and (with your consent) keep you informed of future New Earth events.

You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@newearth.ie.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with New Earth èiRe, including the name, logo, artwork, and content, is the property of New Earth / A Space Connection Production. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

14. Amendments to These Terms

New Earth reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your ticket purchase will govern your contract with us. Updated Terms will be published at newearth.ie.
