1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals who wish to get involved with New Earth èiRe as a community member, volunteer, crew member, trader, food grower, workshop facilitator, or in any other capacity (“Community Participant”, “you”).
New Earth èiRe is organised by New Earth / A Space Connection Production (“New Earth”, “we”, “us”). By submitting an application to get involved, or by participating in any New Earth activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
New Earth is a conscious, sovereign community rooted in values of respect, collaboration, sustainability, and connection. All community participants are expected to uphold these values at all times.
2. Application & Vetting Process
2.1 All prospective community participants must complete an application form before joining or being accepted in any capacity. The application form asks for personal details, experience, skills, and your motivations for getting involved with New Earth.
2.2 New Earth operates a vetting process for all applicants. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. New Earth reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
2.3 You must provide truthful and accurate information in your application. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from the community without notice.
2.4 You must be 18 years of age or older to apply as a community participant. Applicants under 18 require the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2.5 New Earth may conduct background checks or request references where deemed necessary for certain roles, particularly those involving children or vulnerable individuals.
⚠ Acceptance into the New Earth community is based on values alignment as well as skills and experience. We reserve the right to decline or revoke participation where we feel an individual’s energy or conduct does not resonate with our community ethos.
