As a certified Shamanic Practitioner, Cacao Facilitator, Reiki Master and have studied Complex needs & Behaviour Intervention, Trauma Informed Care, and hold a certificate in Mental Health First Aid with Mental Health Ireland. I am extremely passionate about igniting the essence of courage in the hearts of my community, to awaken ones consciousness and reconnect to the divine within us all.
